both store manager and assistant manager roles, where I developed skills in team coordination,
scheduling, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service. In addition, I have hands-on
experience helping to build and support a home healthcare agency from the ground up. This included
working in areas such as client intake, scheduling, HR processes, and daily operations—giving me a
well-rounded understanding of both the administrative and personal sides of care.
